SkillsPULSE National workshops on defining and measuring skill shortages and gaps in Europe

SkillsPULSE is organizing a series of national workshops on defining and measuring skill shortages and gaps in Europe, bringing together employers, policymakers, and researchers to discuss existing approaches and evidence on skill shortages and gaps, and to develop actionable recommendations on measurement approaches to better capture potential skill deficiencies.

Three workshops have already taken place in Ireland, UK and Greece, with engaging discussions and valuable insights. The next are scheduled for the coming weeks in Poland, Italy, Finland and Estonia. The final workshop will take place in Brussels on December 5, where we will conclude this important series and present consolidated insights and recommendations.
