SkillsPULSE at the Conference “Transformations of the family and its role in the social policy system after 20 years of EU membership”
The 10th National Scientific Conference, entitled “Transformations of the Family and Its Role in the Social Policy System after 20 Years of EU Membership”, was held on December 8–10, 2025, in Warsaw, Poland. The event took place within the framework of the Social Policy Congress, organized to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Polish Society for Social Policy (PTPS).
The conference was jointly organized by the Polish Society for Social Policy (PTPS), the University of Economics in Wrocław, and the Korczak University in Warsaw. It brought together researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to reflect on transformations in family structures and to discuss key developments in social and family policies in Poland and across the European Union since 2004.
During the conference, our partner Łukasz Arendt from the University of Lodz presented findings from the SkillsPULSE project, highlighting new and emerging skills identified across the EU-27 and the United Kingdom as part of the project’s research activities.
