As the Christmas season approaches, this is a moment to pause and look back on what we have achieved together over the past year.
SkillsPULSE continued its work throughout 2025, strengthening collaboration among partners and advancing its mission to improve the understanding of skills shortages and gaps across Europe. Over the year, the project engaged in a wide range of research, dissemination and stakeholder activities, contributing to informed dialogue on skills intelligence and labour market dynamics.
Among the key milestones of this year, SkillsPULSE presented new insights on skill shortages and gaps in Europe, offering evidence-based analysis to support policy development and decision-making. In parallel, the project unveiled new research on emerging skills, highlighting future skill needs driven by economic, technological and societal change.
