The workshop aims to explore how employer surveys can effectively identify skills needs and shortages, by sharing experiences from major European and national surveys. It will focus on practical challenges such as employer engagement, response rates, and methodological approaches, while highlighting how survey evidence can be used to inform policies and actions addressing skills gaps.

The discussion will also identify good practices and outline next steps for improving the use and impact of employer survey data.
